At Infinite Collectors, we want every collector to have a great experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Infinite Collectors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and accessories must be returned in their original condition.

  • Items that show signs of damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review the request and provide a solution.
